Problem

Adtrace AI (previously PixelTok) was a simple pixel-tracking plugin (TikTok Pixel) for e-commerce stores, generating $8K MRR from ~1,000 shopify stores. The founder had built a functional tool, but it lacked the sophistication and user experience needed to compete in the growing e-commerce analytics market.

Adtrace’s previous product relied on a basic tracking pixel, offering limited visibility into customer behavior and failing to deliver meaningful, actionable insights. This lack of depth led to poor engagement and high bounce rates, as users couldn’t extract real value from the data.

Solution

We transformed Adtrace from a basic pixel into a platform that makes data felt, not just seen.

We redesigned Adtrace from the scratch transforming it into a full-scale attribution and analytics platform with multi-touch tracking, customer journey insights, and seamless e-commerce integrations. We reduced time-to-value from 20 minutes to under 5 minutes while shifting the focus from raw data to actionable insights across campaigns and creatives to improve ROAS.
